Caretta Estates is a small building company constructing distinctively designed houses in and around Kas on the Turquoise Coast of Turkey. We have been in the industry for 15 years and have accumulated an excellent knowledge of the area.
 

We try to incorporate traditional elements into a design that uses modern materials and techniques to produce houses with character that suit the area. Summers are hot and dry here and winters are cool and wet so we aim for a combination of summer outdoor living and snug winters by a log fire.

The company is headed by Mustafa Ozmucur.

 
He is the driving force behind the firm and everything has to have his seal of approval. He is keen to maintain a high standard of finish to his buildings. 

The running of the office, website and translation services is done by Lale Hind.

She has lived and worked in UK as a teacher of English and Turkish and now also teaches Turkish to foreign residents in Kas. 

Remzi is the site manager and is the man who actually does the building along with the sub-contractors. He has been a builder all of his life and controls what happens on site to ensure the schedule is kept to.
