This plot is on a south facing hillside on the edge of the village of Cukurbag, about 5 miles from Kas. It is approached from the Cukurbag-Yenikoy road via a private drive leading past one other newly built house. The location is private but close to the village and there are two other houses in the immediate vicinity. In image 7 (below) the plot can be seen above and behind the existing house, and the ruins of the ancient Lycian settlement of Phellos can be found on the hilltop above.
The plot is terraced and has a number of well established olive and almond trees which bear fruit. There are the foundations of an ancient house along with ancient stone boundary walls. The elevation of the plot ensures uninterrupted views of the surrounding area which is well covered with almond and olive trees along with the native oak bushes.
Electricity and water services have been brought to the adjacent plot and will be easily installed. The drive extends right to the edge of the plot.
