This gently sloping plot of land is on the edge of the village of Cukurbag some 15Km by road from Kas. It benefits from early morning sun all year round and is sheltered from a lot of the winter weather by the mountain behind it. It stands back from the Cukurbag to Yenikoy road in a private location and has views across most of the valley.

The bungalow plans show three double bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities. A third bathroom is situated off the entrance hall and has a bath, WC and wash-hand basin.

The bungalow will be built with excellent insulation. In addition to the insulated roof and floors we build the walls with double bricks with insulation in between, so the house is cool in summer and keeps warm in winter due to the thickness of the walls. The walls are also clad with natural stone which also helps to keep it cool in summer.  UPvC double glazed window and door units with fitted fly screens enhance the insulation.

The internal doors and the kitchen & bathroom units are made of solid imported pine hand-made beautifully by our carpenter who is a skilled craftsman.
