This is a spacious 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom house with a large terrace running the length of the house on each floor.

Downstairs is an open plan lounge/dining area with large kitchen having a separate utility room next to it. 

There is also a study/bedroom and a toilet & shower room.

The elegant stairs lead upstairs to 2 en-suite bedrooms which open onto a grand terrace.  The bedrooms are designed so that the view comes in through the large sliding glass doors

There is access to the terrace from the landing as well, so guests arriving for the terrace BBQ parties won't have to walk through the bedrooms.

This house has excellent insulation; the walls are double layers of bricks with insulation in between.  The roof and the floors are also insulated.  So in winter the house is easily heated and keeps the warmth whereas in summer the thick walls keep the house cool.  Good insulation is also achieved with the well-fitted double glazed doors and windows throughout.

The internal doors and the kitchen & bathroom units are made of solid imported pine and have been hand-made beautifully by our carpenter who is a skilled craftsman.

Outside we build a depot to store gardening equipment and bikes etc.
